Utility Rebates

Kansas City Power and Light- HPWES-(Home Performance with Energy Star) allows
residents to receive up to $600 towards
improvements

Missouri Gas Energy- HPWES program
allows residents to receive up to $600 towards
improvements

Empire- resdents can get money
towards the Energy Analysis as well as low interest loans through the utility
for HVAC equipment

Westar- Residents can
qualify for a $100 Energy Analysis.  Westar will pay
$200.

Atmos- 
Atmos Gas does not have any current programs at this time

Independence Power- HELP- Home Energy Loan Program
Working with the City Credit Union residents can take advantage of a low
interest loan to help pay for improvements based on the Energy Analysis

City Incentives

Energyworks KC-   
Residents can qualify for a loan of up to $15,000 at 0% interest for the 1st year and 3% for the remaining years.  Some "target neighborhoods" will receive free analysis and 0% interest loan for the entire length of the loan.

Commercial Buildings-
Kansas City Missouri commericial buildings can qualify for up to $1,500 worth of rebates/incentives and also rebate money towards your Energy Analysis from KCPL. 

Non-Profit organizations-
Churches, schools, etc in Kansas City Missouri can qualify for a FREE ENERGY ANALYSIS and $15,000 loan at 0% interest.
